What is an order slip?
An order slip (Turkish: sipariş fişi) is a commercial document listing the items a customer wants to buy, with quantities, unit prices and the total amount.
It records the order between seller and buyer; the warehouse uses it to prepare the goods and the customer keeps a copy for delivery. In Turkish wholesale, the slip is usually written by the sales rep (plasiyer) on a carbon-copy slip book during a shop visit. FişJet moves that job to the phone: no more illegible handwriting, lost copies or wrong totals.
Note: an order slip is not an invoice (fatura) or a delivery note (sevk irsaliyesi) and does not replace them. It is a preliminary record of the order.
What is on an order slip?
- Date and slip no.
- The day the order was taken and its running number. FişJet numbers slips automatically.
- Customer (Sayın)
- The name or trade name of the business placing the order.
- Tax office and tax no.
- The customer's tax office (vergi dairesi) and tax / account number.
- Warehouse (Ambar)
- The depot the goods ship from or are delivered to.
- Qty / Dozen
- The quantity; items sold by the dozen go in the Dz. column.
- Description
- The product name, type and size if needed.
- Price and amount
- Unit price, and the line amount (quantity × price).
- Total
- The sum of all lines, with signatures of the person delivering and receiving.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Open the app and write a slip; everything is clear at first sight.
What is FişJet?
FişJet (Fiş Jet) is a next-generation order slip app for wholesale businesses and field sales reps in Türkiye. It is the digital version of the paper order slip book (sipariş fişi koçanı): you write, print and send order slips from your phone, tablet or computer.
What is an order slip (sipariş fişi)?
An order slip is a commercial document that records an order between a seller and a buyer: the items, quantities, unit prices and total. In Turkish wholesale it is usually filled in by the sales rep (plasiyer) at the customer's shop, and a copy is left with the customer.
Is an order slip the same as an invoice?
No. An order slip is a preliminary document that records the order; it does not replace an invoice (fatura) or a delivery note (sevk irsaliyesi). Those legally required documents are issued separately.
Which languages does FişJet support?
The app and its voice recognition are in Turkish, because FişJet is built for the Turkish wholesale market: Turkish units like düzine, koli and paket, Turkish number words and Turkish customer names. This English page is here to explain the product.
How does voice ordering work?
Tap the microphone and say the customer and the items, for example “Deniz Kırtasiye'ye 10 düzine kurşun kalem, 5 koli A4 kağıt” (10 dozen pencils and 5 boxes of A4 paper for Deniz Stationery). FişJet finds the customer, the products, their units and saved prices, and fills in the slip.
What size does it print?
FişJet prints order slips on A5 paper (148 × 210 mm) in the classic slip-book layout. Any ordinary printer works, or you can save the slip as a PDF.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. FişJet installs on your phone like an app and opens with no signal. Slips written offline are kept on the device and upload automatically when the connection returns.
Can I import my products and customers?
Yes. Upload your product and price list and your customer (cari) list from an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file, or paste them straight from Excel. Column names from Turkish accounting software are recognised.
